Radiator common problems and solutions

1. Common faults: The heating is not hot overall.
Remedy: Open the inlet and outlet valves.
2. Common faults: the heating is not hot (the valve is open); the heating is not hot at half; there is water in the heating. Remedy: There may be gas in the heater and it needs to be deflated.
Method 1: First close the inlet valve. Open the running air venting exhaust, there is water overflow, close the bleed valve.
Method 2: Close the inlet valve 3/4, and then close the return valve, open the exhaust valve exhaust, and semi-close the air valve when there is water overflow.
3. Common faults: The temperature of the heating pipeline is not enough, and the room temperature is too low.
Remedy: The inlet water temperature is low and the inlet water temperature is increased. By property inspection system.
4. Common faults: water leakage in the inlet and outlet valves (near the heating direction).
Remedy: Close the inlet and outlet valves. Notify the installation team to repair.
5. Common faults: water leakage outside the inlet and outlet valves (near the main road).
Remedy: notify the property of the semi-closed system valve; notify the installation team to carry out maintenance.
